The breathing experience is designed to work with minimal data. Breathing settings, selected rhythms, and web app preferences are stored locally on your device whenever possible.

We may process the following limited information when you use specific features:

• Purchase and subscription status for Zen Box Pro, handled through Apple and RevenueCat.
• Anonymous website usage data through Microsoft Clarity for the website and PWA.
• Messages and email address if you contact support or send feedback.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only to provide the app, unlock subscription features, restore purchases, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and understand aggregate website usage.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Zen Box Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. RevenueCat helps validate purchase status, entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal state, and related transaction metadata needed to operate subscriptions.

4. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store and StoreKit: process in-app purchases and subscription management.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription entitlement validation for Zen Box Pro.
• Microsoft Clarity: provides aggregated website analytics, heatmaps, and session replay for improving the website experience.
• Cloudflare: hosts and secures the website.

5. Data Retention

Local settings remain on your device until you clear browser/app data or delete the app. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain service records. Subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
